Yoga classes at UNIT 22 utilise both Hatha and Vinyasa styles of practise. Classes are suitable for all abilities and each participant will receive individual attention due to the small class numbers of up to 8.

Benefits of regular yoga practise as a stand alone session or to compliment your current exercises programme include increased lung capacity from practising breathing techniques, increased mobility,  flexibility, core strength and improved balance, as well as promoting relaxation and more restful sleep.

For those of you totally new to Pilates or Yoga, for GP referrals, postural assessments, rehabilitation from injury and pre/post natal sessions, we would recommend a one to one session before entering a class.
