The most important aspect of fitness and exercise is being able to complete a workout without compromising your form because of tight muscles or muscle imbalances or because of pain. Sports Massage Therapy is a great way of staying on top of your mobility and making sure that muscle imbalances and any muscle soreness from your training doesn’t hinder your performance in the gym or lead to injuries.
If you already have niggles or previous injuries, Sports Massage is ideal for rehabilitation of the injured area and our fully qualified and insured Sports Massage Therapists can offer 30-60minute sessions which include soft-tissue massage, trigger-point therapy, joint mobilisation techniques, advanced stretching techniques as well as programmes to rehabilitate injuries yourself. Our therapy room is also used for Yoga & Pilates so it provides the perfect environment for you to relax and get the most out of your massage
