UNIT 22 RAW Conditioning is an exciting new class added to the UNIT 22 timetable. It is suitable for all fitness levels who wish to increase fitness whilst shredding body fat and toning lean muscle.
Classes consist of multi-discipline skills such as Kettlebells, Sprints, Body weight exercises, core strengthening exercises, plyometric movements, sled work, battle ropes, and barbell and dumbbell movements. Everyone will be challenged by these sessions, as there will be differing levels of intensity, weights and repetitions required according to your level of fitness. If you’re just starting your fitness journey, everything is scalable. However, if you’ve been training for a while we can upscale the session to get the intensity you desire.
Session times will last approximately 60 minutes from warm-up to cool down and will include a selection or all of the elements listed above and more, potentially and all of the sessions will be managed and run by one of our qualified coaches who will be able to make sure you are moving safely and effectively.
RAW Conditioning classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 06:30, 09:45 & 18:30 (17:30 on Friday evenings), which you can book via the Timetable page in the main menu bar above.
