Our UNIT 22 Matwork Pilates classes are designed to work the whole body (and mind) whilst emphasising core strength, correct movement patterns and incorporating  the main Pilates principles of breathing, centring, control, flow, precision and concentration.

Each class will have a different theme, from traditional matwork exercises, hip mobility, standing pilates or using small equipment to keep classes interesting and challenging.

Pilates is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages, whether as an addition to your current exercise programme, as therapy for a back or other biomechanical issue, or as a stand alone class to improve your general well being. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 7, therefore every participant receives individual attention to achieve the most they can from each session.
