UNIT 22 Fundamentals Course – £50
Once you have completed your 3x Taster Pass sessions and before you can attend regular classes and sign up to a membership, you must complete the UNIT 22 Fundamentals Course. The course teaches you the correct techniques and coaching cues for all the fundamental lifts and movements that we use in classes to ensure that you know exactly what you’re doing and that you are safe.
The Fundamentals Course is a 90 minute session and runs on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings, which ever is convenient for you. We recommend that you sign up for the UNIT 22 Taster Pass before doing the Fundamentals, to try before you buy and then we can book your course in after that.

UNIT 22 Weightlifting Introduction Course – £50 – A full introduction to the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and other accessory exercises used in UNIT 22 Weightlifting classes. This can be arranged as a one-to-one session, so please contact us to book yourself in.
NOTE: All beginner and intermediate lifters must complete the Introduction Course before they attend a UNIT 22 Weightlifting class. This way, all lifters are on the same page during class times and our coaches attention can be on improving your lifting and reaching your goals.
